Customer service paramount in the general aviation industry and it is important that you have a burning desire to help our great customer base.
Your role will be to work alongside the Sales Manager & Sales Team to:
* Process customer orders and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
* Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
* Assist customers with sourcing and acquiring non-stock items.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment.
* Develop new product offerings and new customer relationships into wider markets.
* Utilise data and customer feedback to improve product offerings.
* Maintain relevant data in the inventory & sales system.
* Assist with purchasing, reordering and inventory management as necessary.
* Comply with and be a champion for Work Health and Safety responsibilities.
* Comply with relevant CASA and NZ CAA approved procedures.
* Any other tasks as required by management.
As a minimum, you will need to have:
* Experience working in General or Commercial Aviation.
* Experience working in a sales or technical role.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to take direction.
* A "Can Do" attitude.
* A burning desire to help the customer.
This role will include some travel to customers and will be entitled to the annual sales bonus based on the annual performance of the company. We also have some flexibility to work from home. Ideally this position is on-site, however we are also interested in applicants located in other customer centres like Perth, Melbourne or Darwin.
