We're Hiring Bartender
Casual positions available. Trading 6 days a week, there is a variety of shifts available.
Full-time roles only available to those with full-time Australian work rights
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 1–2 years' experience in a fast-paced casual dining preferably hatted venue
* Strong guest service skills and confidence in managing a section
* The ability to communicate clearly and work well under pressure
* A natural sense of hospitality—you love working with people and delivering great guest experiences
* Familiarity with POS systems, steps of service, and handling allergen enquiries
* A positive, can-do attitude and a strong team mentality
* Availability to work across nights, weekends, and public holidays as required
What You'll Be Responsible For
* Execute all classic cocktails and Besa signatures to exact spec (balance, dilution, glassware, garnish)
* Move with pace and composure during peak periods; manage tickets and service order flow.
* Maintain bar mise en place: fresh juice/syrup prep, batching, rotation, labelling, and station cleanliness
* Engage guests with confident recommendations; work seamlessly with FOH, Sommelier team, and pass
* Uphold RSA, hygiene, and safety.
