What You'll Be Doing
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions while acting as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates. Your role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities, building lasting relationships within your specialist industry sector and providing tailored recruitment strategies that meet the unique needs of each client.
You Will
* Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
* Partner with candidates to support their career goals, offering guidance and market insights to help them succeed.
* Lead business development activities to grow your desk and contribute to EGM's continued success.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment within your specialisation, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates.
* Provide clients with market intelligence to navigate challenges and capitalise on opportunities.
* Work alongside a high-performing, supportive team that values collaboration and celebrates success together.

Who We're Looking For
This is not a role for the coaster. To join our high-performing team, you'll bring:
* Agency recruitment experience (ideally 1-3+ years) or experience in a similar consulting / customer centric role
* Commercial acumen and a track record of turning opportunities into results
* Proven success in driving business growth and building lasting client relationships
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for connecting people and opportunities
