Role Overview
As a Communications Specialist in our Strategy & Experience team, you will support the development and delivery of communication activities, producing high-quality content for various platforms, managing content development, and ensuring standards meet deadlines. You will contribute to service improvements for our clients and stakeholders, supporting WIC's vision of service excellence in dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute communication plans with clear objectives and deliverables.
Create and manage content for internal and external platforms, including websites and intranet.
Ensure content quality, meet deadlines, and provide communication expertise on projects.
Qualifications and Experience
Tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations, or related discipline.
Proven experience in proactive communication support, preferably in government roles.
Experience in creating, developing, and executing communication strategies.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with ability to adapt tone and voice across channels.
Experience managing content on digital platforms.
High proficiency in MS Office and digital design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
