Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Lead, inspire, and manage the sales team
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and KPIs
* Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand's premium standards
* Oversee the showroom's day-to-day operations and presentation
* Execute marketing campaigns and initiatives
* Analise and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
* Ensure compliance with VW, Geely and GMSV processes and standards
* Provide coaching, training, and development for team members
