Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming calls in a skilled and friendly manner
Greet and assist clients and visitors to the office
Coordinate general office maintenance and supplies
Undertake a variety of general administrative and office support tasks
Maintain and update office and client databases
Prepare marketing materials and collateral for open homes and auctions
