* Contact Response: Respond to all contacts made to Pilbara Mental Health and Drug Service, prioritizing urgent matters first. Liaise with government and non-government service providers to ensure seamless coordination of mental health services for clients.
* Referral Management: Identify the nature and appropriateness of referrals, set priorities for management, collate information for presentation at intake meetings, and coordinate emergency responses within the region.
* Liaison and Coordination: Liaise with government and non-government service providers to coordinate the provision of mental health services to clients and provide educational support to those agencies.
* Project Work: Undertake senior-level projects, represent the service, and provide consultation at the state level as required.
* Trend Analysis: Analyze clinical interventions and identify trends within programs, reporting appropriately.
