About the Role
This a Company Secretary role supporting a portfolio of ASX-listed and unlisted entities. The position is well suited to candidates with audit or insolvency experience who are looking to move into as ASX-facing governance role with direct exposure to boards, directors, and senior stakeholders. High-level CFO work may also be available to the right candidate, providing an opportunity to broaden commercial and financial leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and lodge ASIC filings and maintain statutory registers
* Assist with company formations, restructures, and deregistrations
* Draft board resolutions, minutes, and corporate documentation
* Support compliance with the Corporations Act and regulatory requirements
* Liaise with clients, regulators, and external advisers
* Provide general corporate governance and corporate administration support
About You
• Minimum 3 years' experience in audit and/or insolvency (company secretarial experience is also highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of corporate structures and compliance obligations
• High attention to detail with strong organisation skills
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and client matters
• Relevant qualification (CA/CPA/IPA, Law, or Governance-related) is advantageous but not essential
