**Job Description**
The primary role of a physiotherapist is to provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and interventions across various healthcare settings. This encompasses the acute ward, aged care facilities, outpatient services, cardiac rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, and holistic patient care.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct thorough clinical assessments, develop personalized care plans, and implement tailored treatment strategies
* Design and deliver health promotion and education programs aimed at empowering patients
* Establish effective communication channels with general practitioners and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
* Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient records, including reports for TAC, Work Care, Medicare, and NDIS
* Develop and execute exercise-based programs for conditions such as cardiac disease, respiratory disorders, and oncology-related wellness initiatives
* Present regular updates to national standards committees as required
* Provide guidance and support to team members and students in their professional development
