>Reporting to the Yard Manager, you will join a dynamic team responsible for sorting, grading, purchasing, and processing scrap metal using various types of heavy equipment. This is a full-time position with an immediate start available.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Provide a high level of service to all customers
* Load and unload trucks, skip bins, and trailers using a forklift
* Manually grade and sort scrap metal materials.
* Maintain a safe and tidy site in compliance with all OH&S policies and environmental guidelines
To be successful in this opportunity, you will have:
* Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for exceeding expectations.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* A can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and build new skills through training
* Excellent attendance, reliability, and attention to detail.
* A valid Forklift license is highly desirable.
