We will do this by embedding our values to lead the organisation with a focus on safer gambling and good business practices.Our properties across Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sydney are world-class with many award-winning hotels, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues.As our Executive Assistant, reporting to the Group Chief Technology and Innovation Officer, you will assist the IT Leadership Team with scheduling and coordinating meetings and functions, filing, photocopying, and other ad hoc administrative duties as required by the team.This is a fantastic opportunity where you can leverage your exceptional organisational and communication skills to support senior leadership, gain exposure to high-level decision-making, and contribute to the smooth operation of a dynamic and fast-paced IT environment.A few of your responsibilities:Coordinate and facilitate meetings and activities for the Group IT Team, including calendar management, arranging catering, and arranging video conference & teleconference equipment.Prepare departmental communications and coordinate activities (i.e. meetings, workshops, steering committees etc).Arrange travel for CIO and ensure the IT team bookings are made at least 14 days before the departure date.Complete and submit expense reports, process invoices and track purchasing requests for Casino IT day-to-day items.Coordinate recruitment including forms, files, equipment and welcoming new employees on commencement.What we are looking for:Comprehensive skills/knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel and PowerPointAbility to work unsupervised and prioritise work schedulesAbility to work with multiple stakeholders and coordinate conflicting diariesExperience organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutesAbout you:You are an experienced Executive Assistant with a strong ability to manage stakeholder diaries, coordinate schedules, and keep operations running smoothly. Highly proactive and detail-oriented, you anticipate needs, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently both independently and within a team. With a solid understanding of IT practices, you navigate digital tools seamlessly, ensuring effective communication and workflow.
