* Manage internal inspections, compliance checks, audits and action tracking to closure
* Support safety in operational planning (production, maintenance, installs/servicing, transport) including CoR awareness where applicable
* Champion consultation (toolboxes, committees), safety communications and engagement initiatives
* Monitor WHS performance and provide clear reporting (leading/lagging indicators, trends, improvement priorities)
* Manage the onsite digital safety system.

* Tertiary qualification in WHS (Cert IV/Diploma/Degree or equivalent)
* Proven experience leading WHS in manufacturing, preferred but not essential is experience in concrete/precast, construction, logistics, or field service environments
* Strong working knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, risk management and audit processes

Why you'll love working with Taylex

* Supportive leadership team and a workplace that values quality and innovation
