Job Description
At our real estate advisory and investment management services firm, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team.
This individual will be responsible for managing commercial projects, coordinating with clients and developers, and executing marketing strategies to drive sales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the residential market in Costa del Sol and at least 2 years of experience in high-end residential sales.
They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Commercial project management: coordination and execution of client visits, meetings, and signing of deeds
* Marketing: coordination and advice to the developer; contact with the developer's marketing department for the execution of defined marketing actions
* Negotiation, completion, and closing of contracts
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Diploma in Architecture, Business Administration, Law, Economics, Commercial Management, Marketing
* Knowledge of Salesforce and CRM software
* High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
* Languages: Bilingual or native English, Bilingual or native Spanish
