Job Description
We are seeking a Spa Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service and support in our spa. This is a part-time position requiring around ***** hours per week, with availability to work on Friday and Saturday as well as a range of shifts across the rest of the week.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookings, general spa upkeep and stock management, and providing support and assistance to therapists. They will represent our spa to the highest standard in person, over the phone, and via email.
