With a strong pipeline of projects and major opportunities underway, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Melbourne office.
The Opportunity
This is a senior hands‐on project delivery role responsible for leading multidisciplinary engineering projects from study and FEED through detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
You will take ownership of project scope, budget, schedule, commercial performance, procurement, and client relationships while leading teams across process, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, and civil/structural disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead projects from study through to commissioning
* Manage scope, budget, schedule, risk, and commercial performance
* Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and project services teams
* Oversee procurement, subcontractors, and construction support
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Key Qualifications
* 10–15+ years' experience delivering mining, minerals processing, building materials, or heavy industrial projects
* Proven EPCM or engineering consultancy experience
* Direct experience with crushing and screening, conveying, grinding, flotation, hydromet, or similar process facilities
* Engineering degree (Mechanical, Process, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline)
* Strong commercial and contract management capability
* Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Must currently reside in Melbourne and be able to work from our West Melbourne office
* Full Australian working rights
* Visa sponsorship is not available
