About the Role This role is a contingent position based upon contract award. The role is located in Alice Springs and is expected to be onsite 100%.

What You’ll Do
Lead the integration of shared space capabilities across diverse systems, platforms, and teams.
Develop and implement strategies for optimizing the use of shared space resources and technologies.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define system requirements and integration points.
Analyze and resolve integration challenges to ensure smooth interoperability of systems and platforms.
Manage the design, development, and implementation of integrated solutions to enhance shared space performance.
Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for system integrations.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring successful integration outcomes.
Monitor system performance and address any issues related to shared space capabilities.
Communicate technical findings and solutions to stakeholders at various levels.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in systems integration and shared space capabilities.
Requirements
Must be a US or Australian citizen.
Must possess an active US Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of related experience supporting large systems and sub‑systems.
Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
Proven experience in systems integration, particularly in shared space or collaborative environments.
Strong understanding of system architecture, capabilities integration, and lifecycle management.
Expertise in analyzing, designing, and implementing complex systems and integrations.
Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in shared space or multi‑platform integration.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with system testing, validation, and performance optimization techniques.
