As we continue our safety and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint an experienced
Mechanical Fitter
to join our Queensland team based at our Hemmant facility in Brisbane.
In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in ensuring our critical assets operate safely, reliably and efficiently while supporting a strong safety culture across the site.
Responsibilities
* Performing routine maintenance and inspections on mechanical equipment
* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical faults efficiently and safely
* Installing and assembling mechanical components and systems
Qualifications
* Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter (Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments
* Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
* Valid driver's licence and ability to work flexible hours / overtime as needed
