**Position: Club Manager & sales Assistant**
Snap Fitness are currently seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated fitness professional for the position of Club Manager.
**Candidates must have experience in:**
* Overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the gym.
* Leading, training, and motivating a team to provide excellent service to members.
* Developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive membership growth.
* Managing financial budgets, sales targets, and overall club performance.
* Addressing member feedback and ensuring high satisfaction.
* Collaborating with personal trainers and fitness instructors to design appealing fitness programs.
**Qualifications & Experience:**
* Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness and professional registration with the National Fitness Association.
* Current First Aid certificate and CPR.
* Must pass a background and working with children check.
* Bachelor's degree in health, business, or a related field is preferred.
* Demonstrated experience in a managerial role in the fitness or retail industry.
