About The Role
This role involves maintaining accurate data, processing invoices, performing reconciliations, and supporting various finance-related tasks. Additionally, you will contribute to administrative functions, manage cash and general finance-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
* Monthly statement reconciliations
* Maintaining master data
* Bank account and statement reconciliations
* Supporting Accounts Payable with invoice processing
* Supporting Payroll with timesheet and payrun processing
* Assisting with expense claim submissions
* Processing sales requests
* Administering petty cash
Essential Skills and Experience Required:
* Experience in administrative support ideally within a finance or commercial department
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate discrepancies
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Desirable:
* Certificate or Diploma in Administration, Accounting, or a related field
* Experience in an Accounts position
* Familiarity with ERP systems
