The successful candidate will be responsible for providing home care services to clients, including:
* Domestic Support: assisting with general housekeeping, cleaning, meal preparation, and medication management
* Mobility Assistance: supporting clients with mobility needs, including those with high care requirements such as dementia
* Social Support: providing emotional support, transportation to lifestyle activities or appointments
