As
Country Manager
, you will be responsible for overseeing all Australian operations, building and leading a high-performing team, and ensuring the profitable growth of the business across Australia. You will play a key role in client engagement, commercial strategy, compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and grow the Australian office, with a strong focus on events and developing the brand.
Drive business development with a focus on clients and strategic partnerships.
Ensure end-to-end operational efficiency, from quoting and planning to delivery and client communication.
Build and manage relationships with clients, carriers, and agents across the country.
Monitor financial performance and report on KPIs, budgets, and P&L.;
About You
Proven leadership experience in country management and used to managing and attending events.
Strong understanding of importance of high levels of customer service and delivering excellent service every time.
Commercially savvy with a track record of growing business and leading teams.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
A self-starter with the ability to work both strategically and hands-on.
This is a remote role being based from home and with a salary of between $100,000 - $115,000 ASD
