About the role: Our client is looking for a FIFO Podiatrist to provide specialized foot care to residents in an aged care facility. This role requires a unique blend of clinical expertise, adaptability, and the ability to work independently in challenging environments. Key Responsibilities: As a Podiatrist you will assess, diagnose, and treat foot conditions among elderly residents, ensuring their mobility, comfort, and overall well-being.
- Manage and document patient care effectively.
- Provide education and prevention strategies to residents and care staff
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on the specific needs and conditions of each resident.
- Diagnose and treat various foot conditions, including diabetic foot ulcers, nail care, and orthotic management
- Conduct comprehensive foot assessments for residents including inspection of skin, nails, and musculoskeletal structure.

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Podiatry
- Current full registration with AHPRA
- Valid police check
