* Preparing and analysing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and risk assessments.
* Leading and developing junior team members.
* Maintaining strong relationships through clear, timely communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
* Providing regular cost reporting and supporting key financial decisions.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
* 4+ years' experience in Professional Quantity Surveying or Cost Management.
* Proficiency in CostX or equivalent software.
* Degree-qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field.
* Experience across Residential, Commercial, or Education sectors is highly regarded.
