As a Lineworker, your role plays a crucial part in ensuring the safety, reliability, sustainability, and affordability of our overhead network assets.
Your responsibilities include inspecting, installing, and maintaining overhead network infrastructure and electrical equipment to high standards of quality, cost, and time.
You'll prepare work sites, liaise with key contacts, resolve customer complaints, interpret technical documentation, and participate in emergency restoration work.
To be successful, you will have:
* A qualification in line work, such as Cert III in ESI Power Systems (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in an electrical trade role within the electricity distribution or related industry including experience in line work
* A Class MR drivers license
* Electrical Safety Rules accreditation and other relevant statutory training
* A sound knowledge of relevant statutes, regulations, and procedures
