Clinical Nurse Educator Role Overview
The key focus of this position is to collaborate with the Unit Manager in developing and implementing orientation and performance development programs that cater to the education and training needs of nursing/midwifery staff within the unit.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Unit Manager in designing and managing orientation programs for new staff.
* Develop and implement performance development plans tailored to individual staff members' needs.
The role requires strong communication skills, including written documents, presentations, consultations with various stakeholders as well as verbal reports.
