Edgecliff Hearing is an Audiology clinic providing quality and affordable hearing solutions to its (mainly adult) patients, who mostly wear hearing aids or cochlear implants. It is conveniently located in the Edgecliff Centre (Level 3 above the Edgecliff Train Station). We require a full-time Medical Receptionist. Experience in Medicare claiming, patient management software desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
This position is in charge of the day-to-day running of the practice, and is supported by an experienced part-time (2 day per week receptionist). We have similar filled positions at our three other full-time clinics (Bella Vista, Campbelltown and Gregory Hills), therefore you will be part of a bigger team. The position is Monday to Friday, hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Flexible, friendly manner, able to multi-task, self-motivated, reliable and a clear speaker (as our patients have hearing problems) are essential for the role.
