The Estimator’s core responsibility is to build customer confidence, ensuring them that their car has been left in the best hands. You will prepare accurate repair estimations, damage capturing and be responsible for final invoices. Additionally, this role will include (but will not be limited to): Preparing estimates within available systems Determine the repair method. Ensure parts are sourced and delivered as quickly as possible. Champion the customer by working with the production team to ensure a high-quality repair is completed and the customer gets back on the road within the promised time.
