The Role
Drive meaningful, people-focused change across major technology and organisational initiatives in a complex enterprise environment. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders to plan and deliver change activities that lift adoption, improve readiness, and ensure benefits are realised and sustained.
Responsibilities
* Plan and execute change initiatives with stakeholders across multiple workstreams
* Develop and deliver change plans (comms, training, engagement, impact analysis)
* Run readiness assessments and manage adoption, benefits and utilisation reporting
* Identify change risks and implement mitigation / treatment plans (incl. digital adoption tools)
Desired Skills and Experience
* Proven IT Change Management experience across large-scale, complex environments
* Strong practical knowledge of change frameworks and hands-on delivery capability
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and influence skills across all levels
* Demonstrated experience delivering comms and training to support adoption
