We are currently seeking reliable and motivated casual team members to join our Site Services team. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a supportive team environment.
With a mix of weekend, afternoon, and overnight shifts available, this role offers flexibility and excellent penalty rates for the right candidates.
About the Role
As a Site Services Team Member, you will help maintain the presentation, cleanliness, safety, and functionality of the site. Duties will vary across grounds maintenance, cleaning, general upkeep, and basic facility support.
Key Responsibilities
* Lawn mowing, whipper snipping, gardening, and general grounds maintenance
* General cleaning of outdoor areas, shared spaces, and site facilities
* Basic maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting, and replacing light bulbs
* Conducting routine security alarm and site checks
* Operating ride‐on mowers and landscaping equipment safely and effectively
* Identifying and reporting safety hazards or maintenance concerns promptly
* Supporting the overall presentation and smooth operation of the site
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, gardening, or general site maintenance
* Comfortable operating ride‐on mowers and outdoor equipment
* Reliable, safety‐focused, and able to work independently
* Strong work ethic with attention to detail
* Flexibility to work weekend, afternoon, and overnight shifts
