Public Trustee – Business Support Officer (Purchasing)
Salary: Level 3, $86,439 - $92,795 pa plus 12% Super (PSCSAA 2024).
Location: Perth.
About the Role
The Business Support Officer (Purchasing) is responsible for the procurement of stationery, equipment and services including sourcing the market for quotations and reconciling Corporate Credit Card purchases. The position also undertakes the production of electronic fund transfers of pension schedules to client accounts and contributes to the operations of the Business Support Team.
Responsibilities
* Procure stationery, equipment, and services through market sourcing and quotation gathering.
* Reconcile Corporate Credit Card purchases.
* Produce electronic fund transfers of pension schedules to client accounts.
* Contribute to the operations of the Business Support Team.
Eligibility & Qualifications
* Australian citizen or permanent resident status.
* Knowledge of Government guidelines related to procurement and supply of goods and services.
* Knowledge of the Financial Management Act 2006 and purchasing systems.
* Understanding of Occupation Safety and Health and workplace safe practices, including lifting techniques.
