**About the Role**
This is a true end-to-end leadership role for a commercially savvy, strategically minded Planning Manager. You'll own performance, coach a team, and influence decisions across departments. Core responsibilities include:
- Setting and steering strategy for future growth across a key category
- Owning and reforecasting the OTB, driving commercial performance
- Leading all planning functions - from category and option planning, to replenishment, store grading, and planograms
- Managing the financials, from WSSI to inventory targets and promotional calendars
- Coaching a team of experienced Planners, growing capability and influence
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Buying, Supply Chain, and Exec teams to develop data-led, customer-first trade strategies
**What You'll Bring**
You'll be an experienced Planning Manager
A proven track record in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments
- Deep expertise in WSSI, OTB, and full financial ownership of a large category
- Strong leadership capability with experience coaching and managing Planners
- A sharp commercial eye and exceptional analytical skills
- Advanced Excel and planning systems knowledge (macros, pivots, V-lookups etc.)
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing outcomes
