About the Role
As a Project Lead with Everymind, you will be a key member of the leadership team, driving the strategic and operational delivery of mental health and suicide prevention initiatives. You will lead a portfolio of programs across business, community, and family, friends and carers, ensuring the successful design, implementation, and evaluation of evidence‐based initiatives.
In This Role, You Will
* Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of large-scale mental health and suicide prevention programs
* Provide strategic direction aligned with Everymind and HNELHD priorities
* Manage project budgets, timelines and reporting requirements
* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across government, community and research sectors
* Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team
* Contribute to policy, research and funding opportunities that support long‐term impact
About You
You are a confident and collaborative leader with a passion for mental health and suicide prevention. You bring strong project management capability and thrive in complex, stakeholder-driven environments.
You Will Demonstrate
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in health, social sciences or a related field
* Proven experience leading large-scale projects or programs
* Strong understanding of mental health and suicide prevention frameworks and evidence base
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Experience managing teams, budgets and competing priorities
* Ability to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget
