About the role
Join the talented team at Eric Brown Motors' as a Mechanic working in our full-time, hands-on automotive servicing and repair workshop located in Goulburn, NSW. In this varied and dynamic role, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing a wide range of vehicles to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
* Performing routine maintenance and servicing tasks on a variety of vehicles
* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults
* Test driving vehicles to ensure they are running smoothly after repair
* Providing excellent customer service and advice
* Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment
* Keeping up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques
What we're looking for
* Formal qualifications in Automotive Mechanics or a relevant trade certificate
* Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified Mechanic or Automotive Technician. Apprentice considered for the right applicant
* Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Good communication skills to liaise with customers and team members
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
