We're not looking for a firefighter. Or a relationship babysitter. This isn't a role where you just smile and nod on quarterly calls.
We're looking for someone who knows how to drive expansion.
You'll inherit a book of warm, engaged accounts. People who are already bought in. Now it's your job to take them deeper.
New features. New teams. Bigger outcomes.
The product is Monday.com - so yes, they're already fans. But fans can become advocates.
And advocates can bring their whole department.

£85K base + £135K OTE (and yes, people are hitting it)

What we need:
Someone who's done this before. 2+ years in SaaS AM, success, or B2B sales
Commercial thinker who can sniff out opportunities others miss
Comfortable mapping org charts, aligning stakeholders, and selling real value
Ideally, you know Monday.com. Or tools like it.
