In the role of Small Business Banker, you will join the Regional & Agribusiness team that's doubling down on customer obsession!
Responsibilities
* Forge powerful partnerships with business allies to unlock fresh opportunities and bring innovative solutions to life
* Inspire and empower by delivering impactful coaching, driving strategic actions, and exemplifying outstanding behaviours that set the standard for success across the business
* Be at the forefront of converting leads into wins, fuelling growth and delivering impressive results on a national scale
* Expand our customer base while strengthening loyalty through strategic retention efforts
* Be the key driver in growing our reach and ensuring existing customers stay engaged, satisfied, and committed for the long haul
Qualifications
* Track record of experience across lending and navigating the credit process
* Exceptional business and financial acumen skills
* Hands‐on experience in customer relationship management
* Proficient in general banking product and service knowledge
