Little Otto's Big Choc Shop is a fun, vibrant, family-focused chocolate and gelato destination located on the Busselton Foreshore. We are currently seeking a passionate Retail Manager to lead our front-of-house team, elevate our retail offering and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a retail environment, has exceptional attention to detail and injects their enthusiasm and passion into everything they do.
About the Role
As Retail Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our shop, leading a team of supervisors and casual staff, and ensuring operational standards are met consistently.
* Maintaining visual merchandising and store presentation.
* Sourcing and purchasing retail products that complement our brand.
* Leading, training, and mentoring supervisors and retail staff
* Managing daily store operations, rosters, and labour efficiency
About You
You are an organised, confident leader with strong retail experience. You enjoy customer interaction, creating a unique retail experience and supporting your team to succeed.
You will have:
* An eye for detail, great personal style and love to keep up with current fashions and treads.
* Exceptional customer service and the ability to communicate effectively.
* A bright and positive personality with a can-do attitude.
* Practical retail experience.
