Building Services Coordinator Role
The role of Building Services Coordinator is crucial in ensuring the maintenance and operation of building infrastructure and services across multiple sites. This position requires a high level of organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple sites, overseeing operational efficiency, compliance, safety, and contractor management.
* Identify and resolve maintenance issues, adopting a proactive approach to facility management.
* Coordinate and track preventative maintenance, ensuring timely completion of operational requests and efficient maintenance processes.
* Manage WHS compliance for contractors.
* Ensure performance aligns with defined processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) timeframes.
* Engage stakeholders through effective communication and share insights to improve team performance.
* Process invoices and manage allocated budgets.
* Drive a culture of care, curiosity, and connection, fostering employee feedback through a 'Listen, Learn, and Act' approach.
* Support innovation and adaptability in the digital landscape, contributing to the growth of the network and the energy transition.
Requirements:
* Experience in Facility Services or a trade background is highly advantageous.
* Highly regarded local community engagement experience.
* Ability to read and interpret workplace architectural and engineering drawings.
* A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
* Outstanding organizational skills, a strong ability to manage competing priorities.
* Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to customer service.
* Experience using SAP is desirable but not essential.
* Current Victorian Driving License as travel to sites is required.
