We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Clinical Coordinator
to join our Occupational Health team. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate occupational health assessments, facilitate reviews with Occupational Physicians and HSE teams, and ensure clinical processes align with client and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and facilitate comprehensive occupational health assessments with partner clinics.
Conduct quality review checks of each medical.
Liaise with clients to clarify clinical advice and ensure accurate communication.
Support the Occupational Physician and Practice Lead in the end-to-end medical review process.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery with partner clinics and internal quality systems.
Collaborate with Project Officers to ensure timely bookings and report on progress or delays.
Maintain compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and government policies.
Essential Criteria
Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Demonstrated experience in clinical coordination or occupational health.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and clinical databases.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
