About the Role As a Post Placement Support Officer, you’ll support participants after they’ve secured employment — helping them settle in, overcome challenges, and stay employed long-term. You’ll also manage employment outcomes and claims, making sure everything is compliant, on track, and contributing to strong site performance. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting Participants Provide ongoing, tailored post-placement support Conduct regular check-ins to keep participants on track Identify challenges early and step in with solutions Re-engage and re-place participants if needed Working with Local Employers Build strong relationships with Shepparton employers Support workplace integration and performance Mediate issues and keep placements on track Coordinate wage subsidies where relevant Outcomes & Compliance Manage post-placement and outcome claims Ensure documentation is accurate and audit-ready Monitor hours and intervene where outcomes are at risk Collaborate with internal teams to maximise performance Team Collaboration Work closely with Job Coaches and site teams Contribute to performance discussions and improvements Share insights to improve participant outcomes What You’ll Bring Strong people skills — you build trust quickly Confident handling challenging conversations A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Great time management and attention to detail Ability to work with diverse participants and stakeholders Comfortable working with data, targets, and compliance Essential Requirements Current Driver’s Licence National Police Check Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain) Desirable: Certificate IV in Employment Services Who we are MADEC is a not-for-profit organisation with over 50 years of experience supporting individuals experiencing disadvantage.
