About the role : Reporting to the Quarry Manager, you will be responsible for site weighbridge and administrative duties, including chain of responsibility, inductions, onboarding new drivers and trucks in the site's weighbridge system, general purchasing, and managing customer orders. Proficiency in Google Workspace is highly advantageous.
Communicate effectively with customers through all necessary means to keep them informed throughout the administration process. Answer all phone calls professionally and promptly. Manage the site weighbridge and chain of responsibility procedures. Coordinate deliveries with customers and liaise with the Dispatch Team to ensure deliveries are scheduled and completed within the requested time frames.
