* Provide technical expertise to clients and dealers.
* Maintain accurate sales and activity documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience managing a dealer network (preferred).
* Industry background in gearboxes, pumps, hydraulics, or motors.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Solid technical knowledge with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
* Self-motivated, autonomous, and results-driven.
* Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
