To find out more visit our website at **.****About the role:**MSS Security is looking for Security Officers primarily responsible for providing a security presence, while also providing excellent customer service to staff, visitors, contractors, etc. in the **AGL Macquarie power station, Muswellbrook**.**Duties include but are not limited to:*** Conducting foot patrols ensuring people are safe and buildings are secure* Escorting people around the site* Ensuring property is locked and unlocked as required* Directing and helping people to navigate around the site* Writing reports in response to incidents* Communicating calmly and clearly with key stakeholders**Skills and Experience*** Certificate II in Security Operations and current First Aid certificate are essential* NSW Security Licence* Customer centric approach* Proven ability to remain alert while being focused on task* Flexibility and adaptabilityIf you are interested in joining the security industry but do not hold a qualification or licence, please take the time to consider our Scholarship Program.
