Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and manage WIK agreements to support the development industry
* Ensure the timely delivery of essential infrastructure
* Contribute to the long-term infrastructure delivery plan
* Integrate infrastructure planning with financial sustainability
* Maintain Council's Asset Register

Requirements
">
To be successful in this role, you will need:
">
* A degree in Civil Engineering
* Minimum 5 years relevant experience
* Knowledge and experience of S7.11 Contribution Plan and relevant legislation and regulations
* Extensive experience in Microsoft Office Suite
* A current class C driver's licence
* A White card (general construction induction card)

The salary for this position starts at $2,092.02 per week, and includes a 35-hour working week, car allowance, and opportunity to participate in Council's flextime arrangement.
