Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, safe, and efficient nursing services at our medical centres.
This role involves supporting patients and healthcare practitioners in providing excellent patient care, health promotion, vaccinations, and chronic disease management.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver vaccinations based on national immunisation program schedules, travel recommendations, and perform health checks to identify gaps in treatment.
* Educate patients on conditions and treatments, promote health services, and ensure quality care delivery.
* Assist GPs with health assessments, chronic disease management, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
* Coordinate patient care, document progress, and communicate with GPs to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
* Maintain clinical areas, sterilise instruments, and ensure the treatment room is well-stocked and hygienic.

Requirements:
* A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN) with medication administration education.
* Diploma of Nursing.
* Two plus years of direct clinical nursing experience (preferred).
* Experience in a primary care setting (desirable).
* Knowledge of MBS item numbers and chronic disease management is a plus.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage time efficiently.
* Knowledge of health assessments, health promotion, and chronic disease prevention principles is desirable.
