Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to lead a team based at our Trade and Fulfilment Centre. The primary objective is to oversee inventory accuracy, receipting of inbound goods, and optimising stock flow across the centre.
You will be responsible for day-to-day operations and leadership, acting as a driver of our strong safety and customer-centric culture. This includes coaching, mentoring, and training direct and indirect reports, as well as educating the team on enhanced inventory controls or procedures.
Additionally, you will work with the site leadership team to ensure systems and inventory processes are optimised, forecast and roster the team efficiently and effectively, manage wages and P&L reports, drive sites KPI's, and support and collaborate with the sites leadership team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals with prior people leadership experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or distribution. Previous experience managing a high volume of inventory within a large FC or DC operation is highly desirable.
A strong focus on driving safety culture and previous experience in managing rosters, salaries & wages are essential. You must also have the ability to coach and develop others, providing feedback and getting the best out of the team, as well as achieving results and standards by working with your team.
