We're seeking a dedicatedProfiling OperatororLabourerwithSkid-Steer experience,who is keen to learn the ropes ofroad profilingand contribute to critical infrastructure projects. If you are looking for a long-term career with a company that values hard work and teamwork, then this role is for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Joining our crew means you'll be on the front lines of road maintenance and construction. Your responsibilities will include:
* Operating Skid-Steers forroad profiling and clean-up tasks, which involves the crucial process of accurately removing existing road surfaces to prepare them for new layers.
* Playing a vital role in keeping South Australia moving by supporting essential road maintenance projects.
* General labouring duties such as shovelling, sweeping, spotting machinery, and site clean-up.
* Working outdoors in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.
* Learning from and growing alongside our experienced operators and supervisors.
What We're Looking For
We value dedication and a willingness to learn. Here's what we need from you:
* At least1-2 years of experience operating Skid Steers/Bobcat. While experience in road works or construction is a plus, it's not strictly required.
* A valid White Card (Construction Induction Card).
* A current HR Truck Licence, or a commitment to obtain one within six months.
* Reliability, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to learn and develop.
* Physical fitness and comfort working in various outdoor conditions.
* Bonus points if you have prior experience with road profiling machinery like 1m & 2m Wirtgen profilers – we're keen to leverage your expertise
