We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Officer to maintain the school's Information Technology network, ensuring maximum educational and administrative outcomes within the Departmental asset management and security regulatory framework.
The ideal candidate will provide advice to administration staff on technical issues associated with the network system, suggest system enhancements, and implement new systems through research and identification of appropriate Information Technology resources. They will also provide technical support and training to all users throughout the school, including desktop and software applications, and access to systems and resources.
Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain the school's IT network to maximize both educational and administrative outcomes
* Provide advice to administration staff on technical issues associated with the network system
* Suggest system enhancements and implement new systems through research and identification of appropriate IT resources
* Provide technical support and training to all users throughout the school
Requirements:

* An Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment
* Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before starting
* Consent to a National Criminal History Check with the Department's Screening Unit
