Job Title: Administration Officer
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital part in supporting the dynamic Civil Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level support to teams, supervisors and engineers – and have a passion for customer service.
We are seeking an employee with strong, well-rounded administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the team
* Manage high workflows for multiple stakeholders
* Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills
* Show initiative and ability to work collaboratively
Requirements:
* Completion of Certificate III in Business (Administration) or equivalent coupled with relevant administrative support experience
* Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite and various other systems such as Technology One, Pathways and R1
* The ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal, with a wide and diverse range of customers
* Proven time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work to achieve deadlines
