Overview
Salary: $100,000 to $125,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities
- Provide Immigration legal advice and assistance appropriate for client needs
- Call and meet with prospective clients
- Draft legal submissions for applications and appeals
- Ensure files are managed appropriately
- Appear in courts and tribunals
- Ensure timely and positive contact with clients
- Ensure budgetary requirements are met from month to month
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Migration Lawyer with a proven track record in Australian migration law
- A valid South Australian Practising Certificate
- Unwavering commitment to providing exceptional client service
- History of maintaining and forming strong working relationships with clients and team members
- Excellent time management and personal organisation skills with deadline focus
- Ability to maintain a high quality of work at all times
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid-paced environment
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak a second language would be useful but not essential
- Flexible 9-day fortnight based on performance, along with annual bonus opportunities
