Responsibilities
* Product procurement and inventory management
* On‐site retail operations
* Match day and event retail operations
* Backend retail operations including invoicing, stocktakes and 3PL logistics
* Assisting with specialty programs such as signing sessions, photo shoots and major club campaigns
* Social media platforms and marketing opportunities
Qualifications
* 3 years' experience in retail and eCommerce roles
* Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics software and or a similar retail management system
* Intermediate knowledge of eCommerce platforms (e.g., BigCommerce)
* Basic Microsoft Office and Adobe suite knowledge
* Basic social media skills
* Experience with visual merchandising and display
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to lead others and work cohesively
* Valid working with children check
* National criminal history check
